Leather is individual and over time you may notice creases or irregularities occur, this is part of the natural ageing process and will give the leather that special character. The best way to clean any leather is to wipe it gently with a soft damp cloth, then leave it to dry naturally. Applying a little leather balm or neutral polish once in a while will help protect the leather and keep it soft so that your leather bag will last for many years. Avoid using abrasive or solvent cleaners as they will damage the leather. To keep your leather bag looking its best, store it in the dust bag when you’re not using it and avoid water and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Fabrics used with our bags are made of exclusive materials. If you need to clean the fabric, please take special care of the hardware or the leather attached to the fabric. We highly recommend professional dry cleaning only to avoid any damage on the fabric.
Fur is naturally water-resistant. If your fur gets wet or covered in snow, shake off and allow to dry naturally. Once dry, brush with a natural brush to restore the down. With any fur, always brush lightly and in the direction of the hair.
